If there’s one thing FDR hated, it’s government work programs. I mean, sure there’s the TVA, CCC, PWA, WPA, FSA, RA, etc, etc, etc. But other than the millions of people he put to work during the New Deal, FDR totally opposed the government providing jobs! Why has the Democratic Party turned its back on the past?!?!?
