A few mild updates…
1. Advertising
Look for a few changes in the ads you see. In particular, we’ll be moving one of the right sidebar ads to a dread below post ad. One of the reasons that we moved to this theme was to reduce the overall number of ad providers, which has (successfully) increased the speed of the site. At the same time, expenses trend ever upward, so we have to do some management here and there to keep things on an even keel. Consider the changes to be experimental at this point.
2. Podcast
Thank for you support of the podcast! We should be having another episode next week, hopefully on nuclear diplomacy. Please subscribe here; also feel free to leave reviews. In the next week or we’ll be making some adjustments to the opening and closing music. Specifically, we’ll be inviting readers and listeners to submit original musical compositions to overlay the beginning and ending of each podcast. More details later.
3. Merchandise
After being cast out by Cafe Press because of our strong views on the Second Amendment, we have found a new vendor for LGM merchandise. It’s linked under the “giving” menu on the top ribbon, and also right here. The quality is good, and the interface is radically easier for us to use, so we should be able to add more options over time. Will keep you updated.
