As soon I as read it I knew it reminded me of something…then it hit me. “The Women” is one of my favorite movies of all time. I’ve watched it more times than one person should. Which is I why I knew almost immediately that Emperor Turd’s plaintive cry was clearly the (actually pretty wrenching) scene where Little Mary–heartbroken by her parents’ impending divorce–implores them both to “do something!”
