In point of fact, Trump is wrong about the American public being prejudiced against Muslims.

It’s fun to imagine Gregg Holiday Roman and Gary Long Odds Gambill setting out to prove America is totally not anti-Muslim, running face-first into this collection of data, and after rubbing the bumps on their foreheads and muttering about liberal reality bias, going with this link from the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad.
It’s also fun to imagine them reading the embassy page and needing to change their pants at least once.
Now, some nit-picky elitist types might note that nothing at the State link mentions prejudice against Muslims. Which is totally unfair because the article has %s and … At least we’re better than those Europeans and French!
By the way, those warnings about anti-Muslim backlash are all balderdash because only two “unstable dimwits” killed non-Muslims by mistake. So there.

A sizable minority of the U.S. population may say they support Trump’s ban on Muslims, but this doesn’t mean we’ve abandoned our tolerant values.

It is not so-called “Islamophobia” that draws Americans to Trump.
Really, if you can’t trust a pair of Pipes’ lickspittles to know the facts about Islam- sorry – so-called “Islamophobia,” who can you trust? Exactly.
In conclusion, Trump should stop with the anti-Muslim rhetoric because it makes us look bad to the ignorant foreigners who don’t understand Americans. Really:
Trump may not be boosting ISIS recruitment, but his theatrics make us look decidedly unreasonable in the eyes of billions who don’t understand the American people and the nuances of our political culture.
And if that happens, the terrorists Islamists will win.
This serves only to further the agenda of Islamists and those who would concede our safety to them.
