By On the settlement of the concussion lawsuit, I pretty much agree with Daniel Engber. I certainly don’t blame the families for taking the money rather than proceeding through protracted litigation with uncertain results, but the fact that the NFL will continue to conceal the extent of what it knew is unfortunate. (What we do know is bad enough.)
