The Ongoing Gitmo Disgrace
By Longtime friend of LGM Jamie Mayerfeld has an excellent piece about Gitmo. I share some of Adam’s concerns about the remedy of immediately releasing anybody who can’t be charged with a crime, but keeping people indefinitely detained without charges isn’t an acceptable outcome and given Congress’s irresponsibility I can’t say I have a better alternative.
