D.C. Circuit Resurrects Parody In Order To Kill It Again
By The current position of the wingnut-dominated D.C. Circuit is that it violates the free speech rights of employers to require them post government notices informing employees of their right to join (or not join) a union, but requiring employers to inform their employees of their right not to join a union is fine. As I say, I hope that Janice Rogers Brown et al. will now act to end the tyranny of restaurants being forced to post notices informing their employees that they have to wash their hands after using the bathroom.
