A Little Light Perjury
Oh dear:
On the left, sworn testimony in which Brett Kavanaugh tells Ted Kennedy he was "not involved in handling" Bill Pryor's nomination.
On the right, Brett Kavanaugh is invited to an "emergency umbrella meeting" at a private law firm "to discuss nominee Bill Pryor's hearing." pic.twitter.com/IDff00xEwm

Oh, and there’s this. But there’s nothing to see here I’m sure!
All of this lying under oath would be particular embarrassing had Kavanaugh been, say, a particularly aggressive lawyer in the Ken Starr Gang.
In related news, remember when Kavanaugh spent $2 million to investigate whether Hillary Clinton killed Vince Foster, years after the question had been dispositively settled? Just don’t call him partisan!
by next month, 4 of 9 seats on the SCOTUS may be occupied by justices nominated by presidents who received fewer votes than their opponents. one of those justices will have attained his seat after an unprecedented blockade of the court. the other, after he perjured himself.
