By Apparently, a really dumb state law that does not seem to violate the federal Constitution proves something about the (in)ability of the federal government to regulate interstate commerce. What it proves, exactly, is unclear to me. But if you take some acid and throw on The Dark Side of the Moon and the Glenn Beck Show simultaneously I’m sure it all makes sense.
